2. Ticketing & Entry

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

Entry is subject to venue capacity, licensing laws, and security discretion.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.

3. Private Access & Promotional Tickets

Certain tickets (including $1 access tickets) may be distributed privately and are not publicly available.

Access to these tickets is limited, time-sensitive, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Availability is not guaranteed and may not be repeated.

4. Competition & Promotions

All ticket holders may be eligible to enter event-related competitions unless otherwise stated.

Entry into competitions may be automatic or conditional based on promotional mechanics.

The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any competition at any time.

Winners are selected at the organiser’s discretion and decisions are final.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified.

5. Referral System

Users may be provided with unique referral links or codes.

Referral tracking is based on system data and is final.

The organiser is not responsible for:

lost, untracked, or misattributed referrals

technical errors or misuse of referral links

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the referral system may result in disqualification from promotions or competitions.

6. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to:

change event dates, times, venues, or lineups

make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances

No refunds will be issued for lineup changes or schedule adjustments.

7. Conduct & Liability

Attendees enter at their own risk.

The organiser is not liable for:

personal injury

loss, theft, or damage of property

Any damage caused by attendees may result in removal and liability for costs.

8. Media & Content

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

Content may be used for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected (name, email, phone number) may be used for:

ticketing and event communication

marketing and promotional notifications

Data will not be sold to third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of any changes.
